At Flux Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
